VIKING TRAINING CAMPS "PIN TO WIN"
The CSU Viking Training Camps are designed to resemble how college wrestlers train during the season! Camp sessions will provide challenging activities through proper instruction of technique, drills, live wrestling as well as weight training and conditioning exercises that will contribute to the overall development of the campers. Cleveland State Coaching Staff will serve as Clinicians and Current CSU Wrestlers will serve as counselors and training partners.

AGES: 10 & Up
RESIDENTIAL COST: $250 per Wrestler (Ages 13 & Up)
COMMUTER COST: $175 per Wrestler (Ages 10 & Up)
(5 or more from same school is $25 off)
LIMITED TO 50 CAMPERS
Note: This is an overnight camp at the
Milan Dawgz House
12009 Wikel Rd.
*All Meals will be included for Residents.
(Resident Campers should bring Sleeping Bag, Pillow, Shower Items. Cots, and Air Mattresses are allowed as well)
